House Construction

Building and Construction

Typically, your certifier will mandate that a registered cadastral surveyor sets out your construction project. This guarantees that the building is constructed precisely to the boundary offsets illustrated in your design plans. As a consulting cadastral surveyor, Elevate Surveyor’s possess the necessary licenses to undertake this task, and they collaborate with your builder to mark out the necessary points.

Boundary Reinstatement

Also known as an Identification Survey

An identification survey in Queensland is conducted by a registered cadastral surveyor to determine the exact boundaries and location of a property. The purpose of this survey is to reinstate & peg your boundary. It is typically required, when a new structure is being built close to the boundary, for fencing, to confirm whether an encroachment exists or when there is a dispute over property boundaries. Having an identification survey conducted is important to accurately mark the property and ensure that all parties involved have a clear understanding of the property boundaries.

Contour Map

Contour & Feature Surveys

Also known as a Detail or Level Survey.

This type of survey is a vital aspect of land development projects, providing a topographical overview of a site's structures and features. This information is crucial for architects, engineers, and planners to design and implement development plans. Conducted early in the project, this survey enables consultants to create designs that align with the site's existing characteristics.

Subdivision Proposal Plan

Proposal Plans

Our team specialises in creating desktop plans aimed at assessing the site's potential yield as part of a comprehensive due diligence process, or to support your planning approval submission to the council. Collaborating with your planner, we carefully evaluate the existing site and planning constraints to design a development layout that not only maximises the yield but also meets your expectations and standards. Our ultimate goal is to create a project that you can take pride in.

Lease Surveys Plans

Lease Surveys

Cadastral surveyors commonly undertake two types of lease plans, namely Land Leases and Building Leases.

Building Leases are typically employed in commercial settings, where various sections or floors of a building are leased out to distinct parties. In such cases, our services include providing a sketch plan to be annexed to the lease documents.

On the other hand, Leases of Land necessitate pegging and a Standard or Volumetric format plan to accompany the lease document. This is crucial to ensure that the leased land is accurately situated concerning the property boundaries.

Easement

Easement Surveys

Easements serve to safeguard an individual's entitlements concerning a neighbouring property to their own advantage, or concerning their property in favour of a neighbour, company, or council. In cases where an informal agreement is in place, or in situations where one seeks to secure their right to utilise another's property, the establishment of an easement becomes necessary. For this purpose, Elevate Surveying can collaborate with your solicitor to furnish a survey plan that conforms to the necessary requirements for registering an easement.

Surveying Drone

Laser Scanning & Drone Surveys

Leveraging advanced technology, laser scanning enables the swift and precise acquisition of voluminous datasets by generating a highly detailed point clouds of survey-grade measurements. Its effectiveness in capturing data in challenging or hazardous environments makes it a highly efficient tool for data acquisition.

Drone surveys, on the other hand, offer an efficient means of covering large areas with ease, producing orthorectified imagery that can be transformed into point clouds and terrain models with the aid of specialised software. This makes it an invaluable resource for obtaining precise and high-quality visual data of a site, monitoring changes, and generating terrain models for preliminary design work.
